America Online (AOL)
For those Delphi employees erroneously charged the regular $25.90 monthly rate for AOL dial-up, please e-mail trudy.van.schalkwyk@delphi.com with only the following:
Name, Address, Phone Number and AOL Screen Name (no passwords, please)
Instructions for active employees receiving an "ineligible" e-mail from AOL in error
Must be completed on the computer used to dial into AOL

NEW AOL USERS:
Call 248-267-8700 and enter 68098 as the mail box number when prompted. Leave a message after the beep giving your Name, Delphi Work Location and a Phone Number where you can be reached. Your message will be returned promptly.

CURRENT AOL USERS ONLY:
If you have a current account with AOL, are listed as the primary or secondary billing contact, and are looking to get the Delphi rate, login to your existing AOL account and type keyword "Delphi Employee" in the AOL search bar. The online application requires your name, address and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Once your eligibility has been verified, AOL will adjust your billing rate to the new Delphi rate.
